• WHAT WE DO •
The adventure of "La Fabrique" started last June 2014 as a challenging idea came to Catherine's mind: make the real taste of French quiches and tarts available at your doorstep, to brighten up your day. After looking for weeks and weeks for the finest ingredients, the first quiches, 100% homemade, were delivered in Whitefield in October.
In January 2015, Laure joined the adventure and new ideas came up: let's make "La Fabrique" quiches available at work! So she created a complete solution for professionals: from set lunches for meetings, to appetizers for events. Besides, with her flair for aesthetics, Laure also spent days fine-tuning the details of this website!
At "La Fabrique", we develop our recipes and new offers together with our amazing clients: the "super testers": Adéline, Céline, Emilie(s), Laetitia, Muriel and Peggy. And we cannot rest until they are satisfied.
